Janar Aronija is an Estonia-based director and editor with a clean visual style and a cheeky sense of humour.

His work combines high-contrast lighting, heightened colour and stories with a touch of Nordic deadpan. He favours visual storytelling over dialogue, with an eye for unexpected transitions and room for more emotional moments. His clients include Bolt, Telia, IKEA and Lidl.
